These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at bloomher.health, together with any associated pages, assessments, member portals, dashboards, content, programs, and services (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by BloomHer Brands LLC ("BloomHer," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, copy, assessments and quizzes, questions and scoring, program descriptions, protocols, frameworks, methodologies, curricula, workbooks, videos, graphics, logos, design, layout, and the overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of BloomHer and its affiliated entities, or is used under license, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes, without limitation, our proprietary frameworks and program materials, such as the Dry Sponge Method™, The Bloom Method™, and the curricula of our coaching programs and workshops (including The Saboteur, The Glow Up, The Forever Youth, The Radiance, and The Full Bloom).
BloomHer™, the BloomHer logo, and our program and method names are trademarks and/or service marks of BloomHer and its affiliated entities. You may not use, reproduce, or display any of our marks without our prior written permission. Marks shown with the ™ symbol indicate claimed common-law and/or pending rights; the ® symbol, where used, indicates a federally registered mark.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own individual, non-commercial purposes. You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
Certain materials — including program curricula, coaching content, protocols, workbooks, and dashboard resources — are made available only to enrolled clients through a secured member portal. These materials are confidential and proprietary and are licensed to you solely for your personal use during your enrollment. You agree not to copy, record, screenshot for distribution, share, or disclose these materials to any non-enrolled person. Your access may be suspended or terminated for any breach of these Terms.
BloomHer provides holistic health, wellness, beauty, and coaching content and services. The Site, our assessments, and our content are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results of any assessment are not a diagnosis. Any clinical services, laboratory testing, prescriptions, or medications (including GLP-1 products) are provided only through appropriately licensed healthcare providers and partners, subject to independent clinical evaluation and applicable law. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any program, supplement, or treatment. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Program fees, financing options, and any onboarding or enrollment terms are described at the point of purchase and in your enrollment agreement. Refunds, where available, are governed by the separate Refund Policy and your enrollment agreement, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
If you create an account or access a dashboard, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including any information you provide through assessments or your dashboard.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloomHer and its affiliates, owners, and team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
