Minors & Parental/Guardian Consent

Anyone under 18 years of age cannot receive practitioner support, order lab testing, prescription medications including GLP-1, supplements, or any health-related products or services through BloomHer™ without the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian must be present for any consultation involving a minor, must provide written authorization for any lab work, prescription, or supplement order, and must sign all program intake forms on behalf of the minor.

This policy applies to all BloomHer™ services and products, including the educational content of Let Her Bloom™ book chapters intended for teen readers, which are written to be read together with a trusted adult.

Prescription Medications & GLP-1

Prescription medications, including GLP-1 receptor agonists such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, are prescribed only through our licensed clinical partner following appropriate medical evaluation, lab review, and ongoing clinical oversight.

BloomHer™ does not prescribe medications directly. All prescription pathways require a virtual or in-person consultation with a licensed practitioner who will determine medical appropriateness on an individual basis. Membership in any BloomHer™ program does not guarantee approval for any specific prescription.

Supplements & FDA Statement

Prescription Information

All prescription requests are evaluated by licensed healthcare providers through our independent provider network. If a provider determines that a prescription is medically appropriate, the prescription will be issued directly by the licensed provider.

BloomHer® does not prescribe, dispense, manufacture, or ship prescription medications. Payment for any prescribed medication is made directly to the prescribing provider and/or their affiliated pharmacy partner upon order.

Medication Delivery

When prescribed, medications are shipped directly to the member through the provider's designated pharmacy services, where legally permitted.

Any individual who attempts to purchase, obtain, transfer, distribute, or resell prescription medications obtained through a licensed provider network will be denied membership or have their membership immediately terminated.

Prescription medications are prescribed exclusively for the individual patient following an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. The sale, transfer, sharing, or resale of prescription medications is strictly prohibited and may violate federal and state laws.

BloomHer® reserves the right to refuse service, cancel memberships, and report suspected misuse, diversion, fraud, or unlawful activity to the appropriate provider, pharmacy, or regulatory authorities.
